recruiting candidates for studies
developers, sales positions, project managers,
maintaining a positive image of the company
conducting initial telephone interviews with candidates
conducting recruitment processes
building and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates
introducing new employees to the team.

Requirements

Ability to identify talents and maintain relationships,
recruitment skills,
focusing on solutions
achieving the set goals
organization of own work and proper time management, knowledge of the IT industry
Knowledge of recruitment tools
2 years of experience in a similar position
Knowledge of the English language at a communicative level
