Duties

  • conducting initial telephone interviews with candidates
  • conducting recruitment processes
  • building and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates
  • introducing new employees to the team.

Requirements

  • Ability to identify talents and maintain relationships,
  • recruitment skills,
  • focusing on solutions
  • achieving the set goals
  • organization of own work and proper time management, knowledge of the IT industry
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of the English language at a communicative level
